Hawks: Below is the address for tomorrow's games and an appeal from Durham Flight for needed items to send to Haiti.
Thanks for following up with me yesterday regarding our games on Tuesday, 1/19. To again confirm....
MSB tip at 3:30
VB tip at 4:30
The gym will be open by 2:30 PM. The humble home of Flight Basketball is LRCC, located at 8307 Roxboro Road Bahama NC 27503.
Also,
as I mentioned on the phone, one of our players is collecting supplies
for Haiti. If you can, please forward the below invitation to
donate supplies to the Raleigh Hawks families.
Please
join Flight in supporting Brandon Daye, who is collecting supplies for
those who are suffering as a result of the earthquake in Haiti.
Brandon Daye is #11 on our MSB team. His parents are Rodney and
Gwnedolyn Daye and his little sister, Brenea, is also helping with this
project.
We
are gathering five items - iodine, rubbing alcohol, gauzes (large
bandages), antiseptic ointment, and over the counter meds such as Advil
or Ibuprofen.
Please
bring these supplies to the game on Tuesday 19th. Turn your
donation in at the concession stand and receive a free drink of your
choice.
I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday. Peace.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; Who pardons
all our iniquities; Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life
from the pit; Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; Who
satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed
like the eagle. -Psalm 103:1-5
