Seahawks:   Attached are the results of the meet.  I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.  It was great being able to see everyone again and be able to stay the whole time. Having an injury makes you appreciate things you so often take for granted.

I thought everyone swam great.  There were quite a few first timers who handled it well and we had some quick times out of our veterans.  I hope you all enjoy Thanksgiving and the blessings of a country where we can have a hearty meal in honor of God with all our friends and relatives.  Don't worry about overeating, we'll make sure that's dealt with next Monday at practice!
