Seahawks:  We're off to another exciting season. Things will settle down a bit after we get our first meet out of the way next Tuesday.  Though everyone is a little bit out of shape, your strength comes back quickly if you work hard through the initial tiredness that comes from not swimming for a awhile.

1:00 to 2:30  silver/platinum/masters (platinum tryouts at 1:00)
1:30 to 2:30 blue (silver tryouts at 1:30)

Team Sweatshirts and Sweatpants:
Congratulations to our top fund-raisers Noah Yarborough and Christian Seawell.  Both will be receiving the Hawks team sweatshirts and sweatpants for their efforts. So far we raised around $600, with a good portion of that going to the Grace Orphanage in Southwest India.

If you want to order the Hawk sweatshirt and/or sweatpants, please let me know by Thursday, either by e-mail or at practice. They will be black with royal blue and silver lettering. The cost is $20 for the hooded sweatshirt and $17 for the pants.

If you haven't ordered a team suit yet, please try to do so by today.
