Last day of 2009 and my family is beginning to feel the "out of shape blues."  We have two swimming practices next week:

Jan. 5 & 7,  Tue and Thu, at TAC. 
1:30 to 3:00 Silver and Platinum and Masters
1:45 to 3:00 Blue Team

There are no activities this Wednesday.  Full schedule including lessons and water polo picks up again on Jan 12.

Changes for 2010

1.  Reduction in the rate for swim lessons and Master parents who have two or more children on the Blue Silver or Platinum team.  See attached.

2. Addition of an Advanced Competitive Stroke Class (White Team). The purpose of this class is to give 15 minutes extra time in the water and the option of 2 classes per week so that participants can build up endurance faster and better learn starts and turns before moving on to the Blue team. The White team runs on Tue. and/or Thu. from 1:00 to 1:45 in the shallow 25 yard pool.  Because the team requires in-the-water instruction and is held in the shallow pool, it is considered a part of the lessons program and will run in the same 7 week format as the Beginning Lessons and Intermediate Stroke Classes.  Cost for one day a week (7 sessions) begins at $65 per child.  Cost for two days a week (14 sessions) begins at $95 per child.  Those families who have 2 or more children on Blue, Silver or Platinum teams will get a White team price of $50 for one day and $70 for two days a week (for the 7 weeks).
